Grohman Narrows update: BC Hydro abandons Grohman Narrows project

The Grohman Narrows Channel Improvement Project team has finalized a number of studies related to the potential improvements at Grohman Narrows. A supplementary set of studies was also completed as a result of feedback from elected officials, First Nations, stakeholders and the community. BC Hydro spokesperson Mary Ann Coules confirmed that BC Hydro will not be proceeding with the next phase of the project.
